Is it possible to copy a contact record?
When working with multiple contacts within a single organisation, many of the contact details (address, phone, website, etc) are the same, and even the email addresses are usually similar.
I can't see an obvious way of copying a contact record, and then amending it to suit: could you advise me if this is possible, and if not, can I add this to the suggestions for the development team please?

Thank you for your post. Currently there is not an automated way to add the same information such as address to multiple contacts, you will need to add manually.
You can add ideas for our development team by clicking the bubble icon to the bottom right corner of your Act! Essentials account, it will ask you to rate the service but you can also add suggestions.
