E-mail Marketing Campaign Failure
I have 3 users in our account. Each of us has a 500 e-mail capacity and I've purchased an additional 4000, which apparently attach to my account rather then the 2 other users. I've used my quota for the month, but when another user tries to use his 500 it says the e-blast failed due to over limit. We're only trying to send to 475 contacts with his 500 e-mail quota. Summary, Act doesn't allow me to use the other users 500 quota (1000 total) on bulk e-mail campaigns but only the 4500 attached to my account. Now it doesn't allow the other users to use them either. Do we have access to these 1000 e-mails in our quota or not? and how do we use them?

Hi Dave,
Thank you for your post. I have checked your account and the emarketing send limit is shared between all Act! Essentials users. For the month of July 4,297 of your 4,500 emarketing contact limit has been used. You would need to increase your contact limit if your new campaign is being sent to a new group of unique contacts.
Thank you,

Thanks Brittany, I responded to your e-mail but not sure you got it. Our account has 3 users at 500 each plus an additional 4000.
Not sure where the 4500 you mention comes from since my monthly bill shows this 5500 limit.
When I’ve run into this send limit before I believe the answer was that the additional 2 users’ quota wasn’t added to mine as the admin, but you’re telling me they are all in one pool. They don’t seem to be.
BTW, my count for the month of July is 4626 if I add all the e-mails that have been successfully sent since July 1.
Bottom line: I just want to be able to use all 5500 that we’re paying for in some fashion.
I appreciate any help or advise you can give to solve this. -
Hi Dave,
Sorry for the delay, I had sent you an email this morning seeking additional information from you. I have escalated the error to the Act! Essentials and emarketing development team for assistance.
Please let me know if you have not received my email.
Thank you,
Brittany Roberts
