Unable to Send Email Campaign
I have tried several times this afternoon to send an email campaign to a specific group. I have checked email addresses etc. and still I can not send a campaign. I tried just sending the campaign to just my email address and I still get an error saying it can not be sent at this time, but your system does not give me a clue as to what the issue is. This is important especially when there is no online chat or customer service number to call. Please help

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with sending your emarketing campaign. Can you send us the exact error message you are receiving? Can you also tell us the amount of contacts in the group you are sending to?
