ACT Essentials - email allowance
We have 2 users at 1000 EMarketing recipients which was increased by a further 1000 additional EMarketing recipients.
How does that work?
Is it 1000 EMarketing Recipients per user per month?
Or is it 2000 EMarketing recipients irrespective of which user sends campaign or does it matter who sends out the EMarketing campaign?
A speedy reply would be much appreciated.

Hello Iain,
When the contact limit is increased on the account it is applied to the account as a whole, any user enabled to use emarketing can send campaigns.
Each user is eligible for 500 email contacts, combined 1,000 to share throughout the month unless the email contact limit is increased.To check if your users are eligible to send campaigns please visit he knowledgebase article below:
