A few early suggestions after using trial product:
When typing dates instead of using a mouse/touchscreen, entering 27/7/16 should default to 27/07/2016 and not 27/07/1916 or 27/07/0016.
Similarly would be good if just typing 27/7 in a date field defaulted to the current year (i.e. it returned 27/07/2016 as of now)
Would be great to be able to search opportunities by expected close date
Would be great to be able to search opportunities by fields, including the custom fields, as with contacts
Would be great to be able to put a percentage chance of completion on an opportunity that would allow you to see expected income rather than just total opportunity values.
Would be great if the Opportunity Info on the contact window were clickable for quick edits of expected close dates, sales stage and value in particular, in a similar way to the 'Add notes' feature
Would be great if on the agenda page, dates which had meetings arranged were made bold on the display, or shaded, or something so that it was easy to identify open dates
Would be great if you could set timeless activities for calls, or all day activities
I understand that this is the entry level option, so it can't be all-singing, but the above are still basic functions, with arguably only the percentage chance of success being a more advanced option, and would make the product so much easier to use.
