Unable to set up account as account exists - although it doesn't!
I am looking to trial/purchase Act Essentials but can't set up a new account as it says my email address is already registered. When I try to reset password password it says user with that email address doesn't exist!
Please can someone from support look into this and let me know how I can register an account with my email address.
