Problems Since Recent Update

Hi - I notice the cloud software has been updated, and I'm having difficulty getting IE to work properly again. There was a seemingly helpful dialogue box that came up after the update when I log in, and I've followed all of those steps and popup windows continue to be empty, and lookups don't seem to be working either. Is there anyone that can walk me through troubleshooting these issues, or is there a more comprehensive and accurate/complete document online that I can refer to? Thanks very much for your help!

Hi Jon,

Thank you for your post. Can you confirm if you are using Act! Essentials? Can you hover your mouse icon over the Act! Essentials icon in the top left corner of your account and confirm the version number you are using?
