Sending a campaign
I have been trying to send a marketing campaign for the last 2 days and it is giving an error message. The same issue has happened with by Colleague

Hello Iain,
Thank you for your post, when we were troubleshooting the issue we found it was caused 1 of 2 things.
1. there is a contact within your emarketing group without an email address, this contact is preventing the campaigns from sending
2. If a contact with special characters in the email address were imported the special character is converted to a ? or a diamond, these are preventing the campaign from sending.Please review your contacts, if neither of these scenarios match your experience please let us know.
