User deactivation and billing

I recently deactivated the second user. This user is now showing up as a deactivated user but am still being charged for the second user. How do I revert my account to one user?

  Thanks for your post. We are currently working on the deactivate user options. I am going to contact you and get that removed user sorted out.

  I need a user removing but it still wants to bill me for them ? can you sort out asap
