E-marketing/Campaign "send errors"

I have been an issuing over the past two days trying to send a campaign to two contact groups. My contacts are a small amount and nowhere near my limit. I am able to send a campaign to an individual email address but unable to do so to groups. The message I receive is as follows : There was an issue sending your campaign. Your email campaign cannot be sent at this time. Please try again later.

I have cleared my cache, cookies, history and restarted. Nothing seems to work. Please let me know how this can be fixed.
