Trouble with ACT! Pro 2013 Version 15.1.108.0
I have two colleagues who both have Windows 7 and who both have ACT Pro 2013. When trying to open our customer database, both get errors saying Act has stopped working. I run Windows 8 and have no problems opening the same database. Could there be a glitch? Is there a diagnostic I could run on their pc's to correct the problem? I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled already and that has not helped. Any suggestions?

Hi Barb,
Go to Control Panel, select Programs and Features.
Click on Turn Windows features on or off.
De-select Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1, click OK.
Reboot the computer.
Go to Control Panel, select Programs and Features.
Click on Turn Windows features on or off.
Select Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1, click OK.
Launch Sage ACT! to test.
