Do blocked e-mails count against my quota?

I have 246 blocked e-mails from my last campaign. Do these count against my monthly e-mail quota? Is there an easy way to get rid of blocked addresses or do I have to manually do it one at a time?

  Hi Dave,

  I apologize for the delayed reply, Currently you can view the contacts who have opted out of each emarketing campaign but you would need to manually remove each of the contacts from the group they are associated with.
