We recently upgraded to ACT pro 12 on a windows 7 operating system using outlook 10 as our email. We had been able to open emails in outlook and attach them to the contacts so they remained in the history. When we attached the emails any documents, pictures etc that were sent with the emails appeared in the history so we were able to recover or review them again if needed.
now we are only able to get a copy of the email not the actual email. there used to be a tmp file which we could open to view the original email.
I have checked to be sure the ACT.Service.EXE file is working in startup processes also check the msconfig files and there were no ACT products unchecked.
What can I do now?
