When I email a contact it only shows the fact that I sent that person an email but when you click on that task it does not have the details of the message shown. Do you have to physically put a note in after you have sent a person an email. Why won't it just take me to the original email instead of not only having to compose and email but then having to add a note summarizing the email.......again?

  Thank you for your post.

  Currently when an email is created it is not saved as a copy to the Email activity. A work around I have had others metion that work for them is to copy the body of the email they are sending and pasting it into the note section of the activity.

  We are working on integrations with email providers to bring in all email info into History. What email provider do you use? We have prototype integrations usnig a tool called Zapier with Gmail and Office 365 Business or Enterprise edition. I'd be happy to work with you to set that up (if you use one of those email providers) if you would be willing to give us some feeddback on that.
