Switching from ACT Essentials to ACT Premium Cloud

How would that work? Need to create a whole new account and import contacts again, or would they transfer? Would I have to get MS Word and another email, or would the gmail account I've been using with Essentials work? Is ACT Premium Cloud just another name for ACT Premium for Web?

  Hi Pat,

  To switch from Act! Essentials to Act! Premium Cloud please export your contacts from Act! Essentials and import them to Act! Premium Cloud. You can use the same email address for both accounts.
