Sign out from a terminated account
I am manageing a few Act! Essentials accounts for my customers and happened to log in to an account that has been terminated.
Ended up on a page informing me that the account was terminated and how to start paying for it again.
There was a few menu alternatives like Plans & Billing, Security etc, but was taken back to the initial page whatever menu that I selecte.
No way to sign out of the account!
Closing the browser and trying to log in again did just take me back to the same page again.
Found that if I went to the address https://mycloud.act.com/#/logout then I was logged out. Might have worked if I had deleted the cookies also, but frustrating that there was no button/menu for Logging out.
