FAILED TO SEND - after 8 emails to 29 people worked perfectly
Hi,
I'm also receiving the FAILED TO SEND error message after trying multiple times to send a simple email to 29 recipients.
I'm on the Act! Essentials plan for 500 email recipients. I've only sent emails to a combined total of 40 recipients and have successfully sent 8 earlier messages, 2 of them yesterday afternoon.
This morning, however, all attempts to send ANY message receives the FAILED TO SEND error.
Would you please advise - and thanks for your help. This is a wonderful service and hate to not be able to use it!
