Want to change my email address
When I signed up, I did not realize that my emails were being sent from my personal, rather than my business address. I know you cannot change from within Act Essentials, but can I add a user (me with my business address), then delete the original user? I am not paying double for an additional user, so what are my options?

Thank you for your post.
The email address associated with the Act! Essentials account can not be changed. Additional users can be added with the email desired, but we are unable to prevent the billing of added users.Kind Regards,
