How do I track incoming mail from a contact
So I've sent an email to a contact and they have replied. I see their email in my inbox. How do I capture this activity in Act so that I can later coordinate an appropriate response. What I want to be able to do is go to Act and look at previous emails etc for a particular contact, along with my notes etc.

Hi Darren,
Currently there is not a feature to capture emails that have been sent to you back into Act! Cloud. If you would like data to appear in your account you would need to copy and past manually into a new Agenda item for the contact.
If you would like to submit an idea or feedback to the Act! Cloud team please click the blue bubble icon on the bottom right side of your Act! Cloud account. The ideas are submitted to the team and could possibly end up in future planning.

We are actively working on this feature now and will have options for automatically capturing emails to contacts from a variety of email services and programs.
If you wouldn't mind sharing what email service (Gmail, Exchange, ISP email, etc..) or email tool (Outlook, browser, webmail, etc...) you use it would help us understand which ones to prioritize.
