    The link is just how to select and edit. I just updated this afternoon. I had about 10 templates and a couple months of campaign history so I'm familiar how to edit/create templates. All has been lost out of the email marketing sections.

    The contacts and their individual history is there still.

    Can you confirm for me if the email address for your Act! Cloud account is the same as your Act! Cloud community account? I would like to pass it on to see what may have happened to your templates.
