Why can't I sign in to any of my accounts???

Ok are you having server issues because I am not able to sign in to any of my accounts (I have 4). For one I can't even get to the sign in page from the Safari browser that I've been using for 6 months which was working fine. I tried Firefox and can get to the sign in page and now its saying you don't recognize my email or pw WTH?? Can you shed some light over here??? Thanks!

  Hi James,

  I am sorry that you were not able to access your account. During the time you were trying to access it one of our systems was backing and unfortunately prevented you from logging in. You should be able to access your account now. Can you please try logging back into your account and let me know if it was successful?
