    Hi Kim,

    Each person added to your Act! Cloud account will need to have its own contact id. You can create groups where you can merge people from the same Company, State, Zip code.... you desire.

    Notes can not be merged on the contact ID but you can create an activity with more than one contact and add notes (the notes will show separately on both contacts).

    Currently there is not print option in Act! Cloud nor option to create labels.

    For the way you describe I would recommend creating two contacts but change the way they are listed to Last Name and one other field.
