Upgrading from ACT 2011
I use the above software on my computer. Can I import all my contacts, activities, templates, labels, etc accurately and completely to ACT! Cloud and have mobile access to my data?

HI Dana,
When Importing into Act! Cloud only the contact information is transferred (name, phone #, email address, address...). You can customize 5 fields to match fields in your Act! CRM. Notes, history, activities, and templates will not transfer into Act! Cloud.
With Act! Cloud you can access your account wherever you have internet service.

Just contacts with act!cloud*. You can upload and convert your 2011 database and do all that with Act! Premium Cloud for $35/m.
