I'm a long time Act! user doing a trial of the cloud based. Does it have the ability to create Activity Series?

  Yes, Act! Cloud does allow you to create Activity Series for certain events. Please view the Knowledge base articles below regarding our Activity & Agenda section.

  I think Karen is referring to the activity series feature in Act!, whereas Brittany is referring to recurring activity types.

  Karen - at this time we do not have that feature in Act! Cloud, but we do have some automation capabilities that we're looking at to do this same thing in Act! Cloud soon.
