    No, the email address can not be changed. The email address Act! Cloud is created with is unique to the account and ties into the emarketing portion to keep the account complient with CAN-SPAM policies.

    Then can I re-install and use a new e-mail address?  I recently changed jobs and my payment confirmations, newsletters, and notices from you are going to go to an address I no longer have access to!

    The problem Lennart encountered in 2015 must surely have been fixed by now! I have a similar problem. I created my profile using a Gmail account, I did not ever imagine that I could not change that nor send an E mail from a different account! Is this the case?
