adding a contact from an html form

Is there a way to connect Act Cloud with a form online or in an email so that when the form is completed online, the contact is added to my database?

  Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.
  Currently there are no built in forms to add new contacts or data to Act! Cloud. Please check back in the Product Announcements section of the Community to see what new features have been added and get updated as to what the Act! Cloud development team is working on next.
