    Can you please try clearing out the browser history for Act! Cloud? I have looked up your account information and it shows it is a paid active account.

    Hello Sherman,

    Can you please verify how often this error is occurring as well as some additional details such as the browser and version you are using?
    Yesterday there was a scheduled maintenance that did effect gaining access to the site.

    I am using Chrome and I have also tried Safari and both are the same. It is occuring just how I stated it. It is saying that I need to buy now and I already have.
