When I click on the individual email address, it fails to open an email that I can send.

  Hi Mike,

  When you click the email address within your contacts the system creates an email in your default "Mail to" email client. You can set your default email client on your computer within your specific browser settings or within your email client settings. For example if you would like to use Outlook as your default email client, you can select it as your default within Outlook under File>Options.

  The above official answer is incomplete and unhelpful. I have configured Gmail but cannot "mail to " client either. It is frustrating there is no live support for such a basic, but essential question.

  Hi Stephen,

  I've responded to your other post on this issue with suggested steps to set Gmail as your default email client within Chrome. Can you please try to set it again and let me know if it fixes your issue?
