Sending a campaign is the template sent as an attachment?

    Hello Bryan,

    Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.
    Email templates are not sent as attachments. When you send a campaign to your contact the display is dependent on the recipients' email settings. Some email clients default to not allow images to download by default, which requires a click to 'download images' from any sender that they have not marked as a 'safe sender'. When you are in the emarketing section of the account you can hover over the email template you want to send and click the eye icon. This will allow you to view the template as your contacts receive it,either with images showing or hidden depending on their preferences.
