Import data from ACT! v6.0.2 to ACT! Cloud?

Can I Import data (contacts, contact info, notes & activities) from ACT! v6.0.2 to ACT! Cloud?

Just upgraded to a 64 bit computer, WIN 8.1

Which version of ACT! will allow me to import the above data to my new computer (which runs WIN XP Pro, 32 bit)?

  Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.
  You can import contacts information to Act! Cloud. Notes and activities will need to be added manually.
