Contacts NOT saving.

Help,
I have a bit of an emergency. I am using the latest version of Chrome.
when I try to enter a new contact and I " save" there info. Most times it does not save. Then I have to do it AGAIN!! Or just the name saves and not the email. Help.!!

  Are the email address you are trying to save already in your contact list, possibly under a different name?
