When I send an email it opens Outlook by default; I use Gmail

I click on email address of a contact, it opens an Outlook email page that does not have a send button.
The email address I registered on Act Cloud is in the Gmail system.
Why does it jump to Outlook?
How do I change it to open Gmail instead?

  Hi Bob,

  When you click the email address within your contacts the system creates an email in your default "Mail to" email client. You can set your default email client on your computer within your specific browser settings or within your operating system settings.
