Update into my enquiry
I emailed a week ago regarding not being able to put my database in brandlist order. I did receive an email saying this would be done but still have not yet had this feature. THis is urgent as I cannot work!

Thank you for your feedback. We recorded your feature request when you initially requested it, and I welcome you to check out some of the other feedback we have gathered (and vote for your's) by clicking on the blue word bubble icon at the bottom right when logged into your Act! Cloud account. We receive several requests a day and have to prioritize based off of our product roadmap and vision, as well as the features we believe will have the greatest and furthest impact for our users.
We recognize this need for your business, however we cannot currently guarantee that we will be able to address this specific request in the very short term as you have requested. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding the timing in which your request can be developed by our team.
