    Hello Nathan,

    Thank you for your post.

    Currently Act! Cloud is a single user account. We are currently working on adding multi users. When more details are available for multi users I will update this post for you. I would also recommend visiting the Product Announcement section of the community as the development team submits what updates have been made to the accounts as well as what is in the near future.
