Importing from ACT! 2010 desktop version

I have seen the instructions on how to Export the Data into a CSV file and then import it into Act Cloud, but I don't think that this is going to transfer all of my Notes and Activities. Is there a way to get that into ACT Cloud also?

  Currently there is not an option to import Notes and Activities from Act! to Act! Cloud.
