    Hello Pam,

    Thank you for your post.

    You are correct that the email will open the default email client. At the current time I would request you submit your request through the Act! Cloud product by click the star word bubble icon in the bottom right corner.

    I'm trialing ACT! Cloud. Has the actual email content being recorded been resolved yet? Thank you. Sandra

    Thanks for your post.

    Act! Cloud will record the time. date. and title of your email but it does not record the data within the email.
