Sync Act with iCloud Calendar & Contacts

Will the ActCloud sync with the iCloud calendar in the way that's described in the apps section? If that's the case that might loop my Outlook calendar in as I already have ICloud syncing my contacts and calendar in Outlook on my desktop and iPhone. The goal is to look up a contact, determine the action necessary, schedule it; and have that action appear in a calendar on all devices. And the history should stays with the contact. OK?

  Hi David,

  The iCal integration should work as you intend with Outlook. You may need to click Send/Receive all folders within your Calendar view in Outlook to view any recently added activities from Act! Cloud inside of Outlook.

  I have issue with the ACT! Cloud sincing with Outlook calendar as well. I THOGHT I had it solved, but not sure. Here' what I'd like to accomplish: I'd like to enter to-do's or reminders within ACT Cloud and have them show up in my Outlook calendar, have them pop up on screen at appropriate time, and offer me the options of picking advance reminder timeframe, snooze, reschedule, so forth. As I say, I THOUGHT I did the sync setup properly, but not sure. Could someone on your end please take peak into my ACT setup and let me know If I did it right?
