How to use customized fields

    Hello Peter,

    You can search for Custom Fields by following these steps:
    1. Select the field you want to search for from the drop down at the top center of your Act! Cloud Account - just below the Act! Cloud logo. (i.e. Custom 1 or priority one if you changed the name of the field)
    2. Then Type the content of the field you wish to find (i.e. 'Yes')
    3. Click the magnifying glass icon
    4. Your search results will then appear.
