How to prioritize contacts

    Thank you for your post.

    I would suggest creating a custom field such as call date. By creating the field you can then prioritize the contacts based on first name or last name and the custom field. Please keep in mind it will be the title of the custom field that is shown not the date range that the customer was contacted by.

    If you are creating Activities for your contacts, such as a call, you can also prioritize and view only contacts to call today, or scheduled to call tomorrow. Again this is just based off of a scheduled activity.

    Thanks for your input. I will go read about creating a custom fields. So let's say I rank people as priority 1, 2 or 3 for example. Would I set up a field for all the 1,s and another by the 2,s or could I just search for all the 1, 2 , or 3.?? do you understand the question?

    Hi Peter,

    I think I understand what you are asking. You can create a custom filed, Priority. Within that field you can enter whatever you desire(1-3) and then do a search from the top search bar. You will want to change the Search Criteria to the custom field and enter the desired text (1-3) and it will bring up the contacts that match.
