As a sales manager would I be able to view sales persons progress

  Thank you for your post.

  As a sales manager the you would not be able to view your sales persons progress as Act! Cloud is currently a single sign on account. I would recommend checking out the Product Announcement section of the Community as new features are released you can see the updates.
