I have created a group and when I view the group can see the contacts (people) listed, but when I look at the individual contact record it says they are not a member of any groups ???

  Hi Pam,

  Thank you for the information. When you are on the manually added contact and click on the Group tab have you tried selecting a group from the drop down menu or creating a new group?

  Can you please tell me what type of web browser you are using, if you have refreshed the web page and if it is for contacts you have imported or manually added?

  I am using IE 11
  Contacts were created manually
  Yes I have refreshed the web page
