HELP - Account canceled - “Your account has been canceled. Please update your billing information to continue using Act! Essentials.”
Hello,
As others personns in the community, today, after accessing out ACT! Essentials account as usual, we received the following message:
“Your account has been canceled. Please update your billing information to continue using Act! Essentials.”
After trying to update our Credit Card data (our card is ok), the system returns always the same answer.
