Locked account
My CC recently changed and I forgot that Act was on an autopay. I am assuming the payment did not go thru this month so I have not paid. But I cant seem to get in or retrieve my account. I never received a notification that the billing failed. I lost all my contacts in act and cant get back in the account. Can someone help me?
