New purchase Act Pro Version 19.5 will not work with Outlook 2013
For a very short time during the 30 days of support it worked. Then clicking on email data in Act did not open Outlook 2013. Two error messages:
(could not retrieve, imessage interface not supported)
and more uncommon:
RPC Server unavailable with an exception code.

Thank you for posting in the Act! essentials support forum.
Unfortunately we do not support the core Act! Product here. This is only for Act! Essentials. If you are experiencing this issue then I know the issue you are describing. I've done a little digging for you and found:-
