Unable to Send Campaign - "There was an issue sending your campaign"

I've reviewed the other posts regarding this type of problem.

I've checked my email addresses

I was able to send the campaign to myself and also a test list

I'm using google chrome

I'm under 500 contacts

I have sent a campaign since last April.

Please tell my what the issue is.   This seems to be a very common issue.
