Unable to Access My Account
I am receiving error messages on my account saying "Source Error" and now I've been told that my account access "has been deactivated" and to contact my "Administrator for details". WTH is THIS? I AM THE ONLY PERSON WITH ACCESS TO THIS ACCOUNT. I tried to reset my password and your system is not recognizing my security questions either. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks I've had difficulty accessing my account information and my entire business is in this software. I would like to have someone call or email me to resolve ASAP since i'm on the "Essentials" program, no one on your 800# is willing to assist me.

Thank you for your post. Can you please try refreshing the web browser and logging back into your account. I am going to contact the development team to see what may have caused the error.
I am going to send you a separate message to learn more about the login errors you were previously experiencing as well.
