    Hi Kent,

    Thank  you for your post. Can you tell me if you have any contacts within the group you are sending to without email addresses? Can you tell me if you are able to send to a smaller group or if you have tried sending a test to just yourself? If so do you receive the same error message?

    Test email keeps failing.

    Nothing in my spam.

    I am always getting the failed test window when I try to click send.

    I need to test it forst, so I have not attached any "groups" as your suggestion implies I am trying to send off the campaign. I am not.  I am only trying to "Test" using the provided email entry field "Send Test To" where I entered my email.  I have entered my personal email, not attached to this account, and I have also tried my business email, which is used to login to ACT Essentials.  Please help, or let me know if your product does not work.
