    Hello Eric,

    Thank you for your post. Can you please check your contacts for the following as it generally prevents emarketing campaigns from sending.

    1. That each contact within the group has an email address

    2. That no special character was added within the email

    My contact emails are good. Like I said, I even tried a small group and still no luck in sending. There was no email message. I was only sending a template I made up.

    Hi Eric,

    Can you confirm if you are trying to send an emarketing campaign with an edited template or are you sending an email to the group via you defualt email provider?

    Can you provide how many contacts are in the group you are trying to send to?

    I was trying to do an emarketing campaign with a template I made up. I have 91 contacts and even tried to send to a small group of 15 with no luck. I had success sending myself a test with the template.
