    Hi Ray,

    Can you confirm if you are using Act! Essentials or Act! Pro/Act! Premium? Can you also confirm if you are trying to send a standard email or an emarketing campaign to your contacts?

    I am using Act Essential trial version...sending emails and don't show up in opportunity, agenda or contact...assumed they would..sending standard email...in lieu of them showing up is there a way to have gmail show up

    Hi Ray,

    Thank you for sending your conformation. If you are sending an Emarketing campaign to contacts an activity is not added to the Contact Activity tab, to see what who the campaign was sent from click the Emarketing tab from the left of your account. Click on the Campaign History Option and select the campaign that was sent.
    If you send an email via your Gmail account to a contact then the email icon will display under the contact's Activities tab.
