I am on a trial Essentials. I have put two contacts in. I am scheduling birthday reminders. I know how to do it. My first client does appear in the agenda section, however not the other one. When I do to her contact Info page, her birthday and reminder are appearing hundreds of times. What is wrong? She does NOT appear in the agenda.

  Hi Wendy,

  Can you please tell me what time of event the birthday reminder is set as? EX: Call, Meeting, Email...

  Can you also tell me if the reminder for the contact that did not have reminder is marked as completed at the bottom?
